Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Location: Peosta, IA

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience (salary position)

Hours: 4-Day Work Week – Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (may need to arrive earlier for shift communications)

Position Summary: The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production employees and executing various administrative tasks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adherence to safety protocols, efficient production processes, and effective communication within the team.

Essential Functions:

• Support and enforce the Safety Policy in day-to-day activities.
• Assign daily tasks to personnel to meet production requirements.
• Ensure proper training of personnel and verify the effectiveness of training.
• Generate electronic process sheets and various forms as needed.
• Monitor and verify employee time sheets.
• Implement disciplinary action when necessary.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with individuals at all levels within the company.

Experience and Education:

• High school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate).
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ISO policies and procedures.
