Job Overview

Production Supervisor 

Shift: Monday- Thursday with potential OT on Fridays

Wage: $22+/hour based on experience

Duties:

• Serve as a mentor to new and current team members
• Communicate daily production plan
• Supervise/coordinate activities of team leaders and production associates
• Identify and help resolve issues
• Ensure auditing is completed
• Fill in for team leaders and manager when absent
• Enforce all policies/procedures/work rules and safety policies

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles a plus
• Prior leadership experience a plus
• Experience working with blueprints, engineering drawings, etc.
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, lift/move up to 50 pounds
