Production Worker - Night Shift 
Pay: $20/hr
Location: Stephenson County IL
Shift: 3rd Shift, 4:30pm – 5:00am 

Position Summary:

The Production Worker is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by safely packaging food-grade powders, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the shift. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

• Package food-grade powders using heat sealing equipment

• Perform routine quality checks and complete required documentation

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the lead operator or supervisor

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow direction from operators and supervisors

• Basic math skills and strong attention to details

• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift 50+ pounds consistently throughout a 12-hour shift
