PROJECT COORDINATOR- 3D DIGITAL SCANNING

INTERNSHIP: FOR THE SUMMER AND CAN BE HIRED PERM AFTER THE SUMMER

WAGE: $16-18/HOUR

LOCATION: ONSITE DUBUQUE

Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Project Managers, the candidate would be responsible for the 3D digital scanning of existing buildings, allocating project resources, and managing their time and tasks while creating a positive, safe climate. This position has an exceptional level of independence.  The ideal candidate thrives while working in variable locations inside and outside while also having a strong sense of spatial relationships and the ability to understand the technology being used.  This seasonal position has the potential to continue into the fall and winter.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilizing current technologies to perform 3D scans of existing buildings
• Digital scan alignment and drafting
• Time management and coordination to develop and execute independent workplans that produce high-quality and timely results
• Effective coordination and communication with building owners and occupants
• Project and process documentation
• Additional tasks assigned by Project Managers

Successful candidates for this position will be:

• Interest, experience, or education in a construction, design, or technology-related field
