JOB SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management Team within the Services Division. This position is responsible for coordinating implementation project tasks, scheduling, and preparing materials for the Project Management Team to use for both internal and customer-facing activities.

THE WORK YOU WILL DO

  • Assist with the administration of software implementation projects
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to prepare project materials for use by the implementation team and customers
  • Coordinate and schedule project timelines, training events, requirements gathering events, go-live events, and related technical meetings
  • Communicate with Project Managers, implementation team members, and customers regarding the status of project event scheduling and completion
  • Complete tasks requested by Project Managers as follow up to project events (e.g., sending meeting notes, requesting data, providing additional information to customers)
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

  • Provide timely and thorough coordination assistance to enable project teams to deliver exceptional implementation services to Cartegraph’s customers

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attends meetings as scheduled
  • Performs miscellaneous related duties as requested by management
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s or associate degree with two years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with teams of 3 – 5 members to coordinate and communicate tasks for that team

Skills and Attributes

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Can work independently and with others
  • Ability to work as a remote employee
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft Teams (or equivalent web conferencing technology)

TRAVEL

Ability and willingness to travel 10%
