Express Employment is seeking candidates for a Project Coordinator position in Dubuque, Iowa.

We’re assisting a local company in hiring a full-time Project Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including tracking job progress, coordinating with production crews, and ensuring all documentation and invoicing is accurate. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in communication.

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project status and ensure all job documentation is accurate and up to date
• Communicate with production crews to collect required photos and job details
• Create and review estimates based on project scope and documentation
• Maintain an accurate Work in Progress board for active projects
• Ensure all client requirements and program standards are met
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project flow
• Review job files for accuracy, perform internal audits, and prepare for final close-out
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper invoicing
• Assist other departments with project support as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous office, project coordination, or estimating experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong administrative abilities with attention to detail
• Comfortable using digital tools for project tracking and documentation
• Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods
• Occasionally lift and move files or office supplies
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment
