Salary: $75,000–$90,000+ DOE

A growing contractor is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial/industrial construction projects from kickoff through closeout. This role ensures projects run safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review project specs, contracts, and estimates during kickoff

• Develop project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans

• Coordinate manpower and resolve workflow or scheduling conflicts

• Track job costs, labor productivity, and financial performance

• Manage submittals, change orders, RFIs, and documentation

• Support field leadership through site visits & quality oversight

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and audits

• Lead client communication and ensure exceptional service

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction or electrical projects

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, job costing, materials, and procurement

• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments

• Solid understanding of change order management and contract processes

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
