What You'll Do:
A Quality Assurance (QA) professional ensures that products or services meet consistent standards of quality. Their responsibilities often include:
- Inspecting and Testing: Performing inspections and tests at various stages of plan design and pharmacy networks to identify defects or issues.
- Developing Standards: Creating and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Problem Solving: Identifying workflow or production issues and proposing solutions.
- Documentation: Recording processes and documentation to support the PLAD and business architecture
- Training: Educating team members on quality standards and inspection processes.
- Test Planning: Develop software comprehensive test plans outlining strategies, objectives, and resources.
- Test Execution: Design and execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs and ensure software functionality.
- Defect Reporting: Document and report software defects, collaborating with software provider to resolve issues.
- Regression Testing: Verify that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Quality Metrics: Monitor and track quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets user needs.
What You Will Bring to MedOne:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is often preferred. Or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards is highly preferred

Location: Offices in either Dubuque, IA, or Kansas City, MO, or the position can be remote within the United States.
