Quality Control Auditor I – Nights- Alternative Schedule 3/2/2- 12 hr shift.

Job Overview

These positions will be 12 hours long (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM) and work three days on/ two days off/ two days on-  this will amount to every other weekend having a three day weekend. (work every other weekend)

Example:  Sat/Sun/Mon = off, Tues/Wed = on, Thurs/Friday = off..... then Sat/Sun/Mon = on, Tues/Wed = off, Thurs/Fri = on  (and that rotation continues)

Responsibilities:               Ensures compliance with all company and USDA food regulations through the use of audits.  Conduct weight control and labeling audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  Relays quality defects to appropriate personnel. This position will be required to provide vacation relief and rotate with other associates to cover weekend work.  All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:                   Ability to pass quality control math test, proficient with personal computers to include experience with Microsoft Office applications and/or custom software, 2 years quality control experience preferred. Flexibility in start times. Must obtain fork-lift certification.
