Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals is in search of a Quality Control Technician in the Cascade area. Candidate will inspect materials and products, such aluminum and steel castings, use blue prints, written instruction, and gages to verify accuracy. Hours of this position are 3:30pm-Midnight, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret engineering drawings, diagrams and confers with management staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
• Examine products for tolerances to customer’s specifications utilizing customer blue prints.
• Offer suggestions as correction of flaws when run out of tolerance.
• Run checks on machined customer products to ensure established tolerance levels are met.
• The basic ability to read, comprehend and follow complicated blue prints and the ability to perform complex arithmetic and geometric calculations in order to perform the complex tasks described above.  
• Have a great understanding and knowledge of CNC machines and the developing knowledge of sequence of operations, tool selection and repair.
