A local Northeast Iowa based manufacture is seeking a Quality Engineer who will be part of a collaborative team of engineers responsible for executing the organizations Quality Management System in accordance with ISO requirements and internal strategic objectives including leading the company’s continuous improvement projects designing mechanical products and systems. The right fit candidate will have a degree in Engineering and familiarity with quality protocols and understanding of ISO requirements. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning, the best fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company payroll and receive their robust benefits package.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

• A Bachelor’s degree:  Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial or related field (preferred)
• Industry experience in a Quality focused role in a production or manufacturing environment. ISO experience preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks, including short and long-term goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite working experience (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word)
