In partnering with a local Dubuque area manufacturer seeking a Quality Manager with exceptional Quality Systems experience. As the Quality Manager you will be tasked with the development and implementation of a strategic quality processes and lead plant wide corrective and preventative actions through change management processes. This will include the development of Quality Directives that align across departments while also working with multiple levels within the company of hands on training of directives. The right fit candidate will be a quality and customer focused thoughtful leader. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning, the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll and receive a robust full benefits package.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

• A Bachelor’s degree:  Quality or Manufacturing Management or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of practical industry experience in a Quality focused role in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to communicate a vision for the Quality group and drive results while developing a team.
• Driven by a high degree of company's building blocks; Integrity, Innovation, People, Quality and Responsible Growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks, including short and long-term goals.
