Description:

POSITION PURPOSE:
Under limited supervision, performs general radiologic procedures. In doing so, assumes responsibility coordinating the activities for designated area(s) and procedures. The age of the patients served range from infants to geriatrics.

SCOPE OF SERVICE:
Customers include: patients, family/visitors, co-workers, volunteers, nurses, physicians, vendors, and regulatory commissioning agents.

Under limited supervision, performs general radiologic procedures. In doing so, assumes responsibility coordinating the activities for designated area(s) and procedures. The age of the patients served range from infants to geriatrics.

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology. Registered with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Possess a current permit to practice diagnostic radiography for the Iowa Department of Public Health.

Scheduled one 12-hour day every week, and every third weekend/holiday. Schedule is a 6-week block that repeats itself.
