Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Receiving Clerk Supply Chain.

As a Receiving Clerk Supply Chain at MercyOne, you will be Under limited supervision, receives and distributes all purchases.  The patients served range in age from adolescent through older adult. Customers include co-workers, truck drivers, vendors, volunteers, physicians, patients and other medical personnel.

Schedule:

  • Days; M – F; 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

General Requirements:

  • Receiving experience preferred
  • Must be able to perform mathematical problems and be clerically accurate.
  • Must be able to physically work in loading dock area.
  • Performs receipt function by inspecting packaging for damage, checking packing slip against the item received, packing slip against purchase order and notifying Purchasing of discrepancies.
  • Delivers purchases to appropriate department.
  • Packages and ships outgoing items according to instructions provided.

Education:

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.

MercyOne Dubuque/Dyersville Medical Center is a not-for-profit Catholic hospital serving the tri-state area of Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin since 1879.  MercyOne – Dubuque has 263 beds while MercyOne – Dyersville is a critical access hospital with 25 beds and a 40-bed nursing home.
