FRONT DESK SUPPORT - Medical Specialty Office

PART TIME HOURS - NO WEEKENDS

$17/hour

Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line phone system
• Data Entry
• Updating patient records
• Answer customer questions
• Filing of paperwork
• Schedule appointments
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting patients to the office

Qualifications:

• Phone experience
• Exceptional customer service
• High regard for confidentiality
• Proficient in MS Office

Schedule of Hours:

Tuesday                            8am to Noon

Wednesday-Thursday       8am to 5pm

Fridays as needed             Flexible
