Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Renewal Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to directly engage with our existing customers and reseller partners to manage and secure timely subscription renewals. Additionally, you will identify, develop, and close additional SaaS opportunities in your assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

Renewal Management:

  • Proactively engage with existing customers to understand their needs and usage.
  • Lead the end-to-end renewal process, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with customers to address any concerns, negotiate terms, and secure renewals.

Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers during the renewal process, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Align with Eagle Point sales, customer success and reseller partner teams on renewal strategies and processes.

Revenue Growth:

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to execute upsell strategies and expand the footprint within client organizations.

Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and renewal status in Salesforce.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on renewal forecasts, potential risks, and opportunities to the sales leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Successful track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in SAAS sales or renewals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work across internal teams and external partner organizations.
  • Ability to work independently, highly self-motivated, takes initiative to drive results.
  • Experience with Microsoft office tools and CRM systems.

Preferred but not Required:

  • Experience selling in AEC, manufacturing and/or learning management systems or e-learning
  • Within driving distance of Dubuque, Iowa

Physical Requirements:

  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Communicating with others to exchange information
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Average hearing and visual acuity
  • Able to use a phone and computer
  • Ability to travel
