Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa, located in the beautiful Galena Territory, is currently looking for Rental Home Cleaners for full-time / part-time, year-round positions to provide assistance / to clean for Eagle Ridge rental homes. RENTAL HOME CLEANER

PURPOSE AND PERFORMANCE GOALS

Assures the Rental Homes exceed facility standards for cleanliness and orderliness, and that the Rental Housekeeping staff exceeds facility standards for friendliness and helpfulness to the guest.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

• Cleans/maintains the cleanliness of Rental Homes.
• Makes beds and changes linens.
• Cleans bathroom, replaces terry, and replenishes supplies.
• Cleans kitchen, living area, entry ways, stairs, basements, (entire home)
• Straightens furniture.
• Sweeps, scrubs, and polishes floor.
• Dusts furniture, vacuums floors.
• Spot cleans walls and woodwork.
• Washes: windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Incorporate safe work practices while performing job.
• Clean fireplace and replenish firewood.
• Reports maintenance deficiencies and defects such as dirty carpet, sofas, or other items in need of repair.
• Transfers items left in the homes to Rental Housekeeping and documents the finding of the item.
• Follow all key control policies and procedures.
• Sets heat or air conditioners to specific settings according to procedure.
• Return the linen to the linen boxes.
• Annual Deep Cleans: remove all the soft goods and furniture and clean under and around every piece of furniture. Also, high dusting and all the soft goods are sent to dry cleaning.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisor.
