Job Overview

We’re working with a locally owned retail business to hire full-time Retail Sales Associates. This is a customer-facing role in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for bonuses and long-term growth. We're looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and have a passion for sales.

Pay: $18/hour + sales bonuses
Schedule: Full-time | Must be available for evening shifts (until 8:00 pm) a couple times per week and every other weekend
Store Hours: Monday–Friday: 9:00 am–8:00 pm | Saturday: 9:00 am–5:00 pm | Sunday: 12:00 pm–5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers on the retail sales floor and provide exceptional service
• Maintain a welcoming, knowledgeable, and engaging presence with shoppers
• Learn product details and help customers make informed buying decisions
• Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance
• Support team with assigned tasks and daily operations
• Meet or exceed sales goals with opportunities for bonuses

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Experience in appliance, home improvement, or furniture retail a plus
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Motivated by performance and sales incentives
• Team-oriented with a proactive work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Occasionally lift and move moderately heavy items
• Active role in a customer-focused retail setting
