If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As our RFP and Proposal Specialist, you'll be in charge of developing compelling proposals that win business and drive our success.

What You Will Do at MedOne:

• Lead the Way: Manage the end-to-end proposal process for RFPs and RFIs, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
• Craft Compelling Content: Write, review, and edit proposal content highlighting our strengths and aligning with client needs.
• Collaborate and Conquer: Partner with sales, marketing, operations, clinical, and underwriting teams to gather information and create standout proposals.
• Content Wizard: Maintain and enhance our library of proposal templates and past responses to streamline future projects.
• Quality Control: Ensure every proposal meets client requirements, company standards, and industry regulations.
• Stay on Track: Develop and manage project timelines, hitting every milestone and deadline.
• Innovate: Identify and implement process improvements to keep us at the top of our game.

What you will bring to MedOne:

• Education: Bachelor' degree in business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in proposal management, ideally in the PBM or healthcare sector.
• Stellar project management and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Sharp analytical and research talents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of the PBM industry and its regulatory landscape.
