Internal Posting for current RN's working at Finley Hospital only!

Shift: Part-time, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, for 32 hours per pay period. No weekends or holidays. You will have a Friday rotation.

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Outpatient Care Unit team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting, supporting patients through assessment, treatment, education, and follow-up care. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately

• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed

• Assist with outpatient procedures and provide pre- and post-procedure care

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care

• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team

• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and ancillary departments

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire)

Experience:

• 2-3 years of prior inpatient nursing experience is preferred

Certification/License:

• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa
