Robotic Welder Operator
Full time hourly position-1st or 2nd shift

***15% shift differential for being on 2nd as well as overtime depending on demand.***

DIGGA North America is looking to hire highly skilled and experienced robot operator for first or second shift. Robot Operators prepare and load parts to cycle through a robotic welder. Additionally, they will perform some hand welding and grind parts. A Robot Operator must be a dependable self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be a safety-conscious worker.

Robot Operator Requirements

• Previous manufacturing and weld experience.
• Ability to use and understand precise measuring tools
• Knowledge of blueprint reading is strongly preferred
• Be reliable, self-motivated with a good work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team and as an individual
• Possess a high attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment
