Safety Manager

We are seeking a Safety Manager to develop, implement, and sustain effective safety policies and procedures designed to eliminate injuries, minimize risk, and maintain regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for:

• Leading our safety culture across four manufacturing facilities with oversight and guidance on our safety operations
• Conducting regular inspections of facilities and work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance
• Collaborating with plant leadership to address safety concerns and develop solutions
• Leading safety committees and facilitating safety meetings

Preferred Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant work experience
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good understanding of data analysis and risk assessment
• Good organizational, leadership, and motivational skills
