Job Title: Sales and Digital Marketing Representative
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am – 5:00 pm
Job Status: Full Time, 40 hours per week, or more as needed.
Pay: Great compensation offered. Range depending on experience and capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities
Working team member to focus on increasing interest in company products. Identify target customers, collect customer feedback, and analyze sales trends. Generate leads, consult with customers, and help with sales processes. Needs to be persuasive, have strong communication skills, and be customer oriented. Knowledgeable in digital marketing and web content. Work with Digital Marketing Representative and Owner/CEO to develop advertising and create social media content.
Qualifications and Requirements
Sales:
- Online sales
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
- The ability to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers with persuasion
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
- Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationship and network
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other related software
- The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and sales trends to make recommendations
- Identify and target potential clients (wholesalers) in relevant industries
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and wholesalers
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss need
Marketing:
- Digital marketing
- Gather feedback from customers to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Work with the Digital Marketing Representative and Owner/CEO to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and applications
- Train and educate clients on product usage and advantages
- Be knowledgeable about the product
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
- Creating marketing strategies for products
- Develop and distribute materials for sales and marketing
