Sales and Estimator - Manufacturing

Job Overview

• Prepare accurate and detailed project estimates based on client requirements in the areas of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, and machining.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
• Use and maintain a CRM Program and follow up with customers on all quotes.

• Proven track record of success in sales (preferably) in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Education: High school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate)
• Ability to travel as needed
