Description:

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer product recommendations.
• Provide excellent service by helping shoppers find the perfect outfits and ensuring they leave happy.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, while keeping the store’s atmosphere fun and inviting.
• Assist in creating eye-catching visual displays and maintaining inventory standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Help with store organization, including opening and closing duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred, but not required.
• A passion for fashion with great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player with attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
