Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales & Estimator to join a local company's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely quotes to a diverse range of customers in the areas of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, machining, die design, die build, die maintenance, and die changes. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the stamping and tooling industries, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

Essential Functions:

• Provide quotes to a wide variety of customers in the areas of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, machining, die design, die build, die maintenance, and die changes.
• Communicate customer requirements and standards to appropriate internal personnel and suppliers.
• Develop, grow, and maintain working relationships with customers.
• Provide documented quotes that capture all costs and timing using standardized quote forms and methods.
• Reconcile quote documents with final job cost reports to gain data for future quoting purposes and process improvement of existing work.
• Use and maintain a CRM program and follow up with customers on all quotes.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel and Word.
• Understanding of stamping, laser cutting, welding, assembly, and tooling design and build.
• Experience in the stamping and tooling industries.
• Strong sales and marketing skills, knowledge, and ability.
• Ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms, etc.
• A relentless drive to grow the business.
