Sales Professional

Job Overview

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers 
• Identify new business opportunities within the building and construction market 
• Promote and sell company products and solutions to meet customer needs 
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with architects and customers to specify products and close sales 
• Provide product knowledge, technical information, and support to clients 
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations 
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction 
• Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, and meet or exceed sales targets 
• Travel approximately 10% to customer sites, industry events, and project meetings 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) 
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the building or construction industry 
• Experience working with architects, contractors, or construction professionals is highly desirable 
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills 
• Ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer solutions 
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset 
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required 

• Knowledge of building materials, construction processes, or architectural specifications 
• Established network within the architectural or construction community 
• Experience with project-based or specification sales
