Job Overview

Provide administrative support to the sales team and help manage customer accounts

Prepare and process sales quotes, purchase orders, and contracts

Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, procurement, engineering) to ensure timely delivery of products and services

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing, availability, and lead times

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and customer proposals

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to fulfill orders

Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (preferably in construction or related industries)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
