Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

Welu Inc. is seeking a detailed-oriented and personable individual for a Customer Service Representative(CSR) position.  This role is key to ensuring client satisfaction by acting as the bridge between customers, the sales team, and production. The CSR will assist in managing customer accounts, create estimates, process print orders, and provide proactive support to ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The Welu CSR is also responsible for supporting the Welu Pumping business through answering phone calls and scheduling work.  In this capacity, the CSR will learn and understand the services offered for pumping commercial and residential customers.

What You'll Do:

• Learn the business of print, mail, and marketing and become the customer's advocate in the plant.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer service inquiries, estimates, proofs and production updates.
• Create simple estimates, enter orders, prepare and review job tickets, proofs and production details for accuracy. 
• Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors on progress and deadlines.
• Track job progress and communicate updates proactively to customers.
