We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team and help take our sales, service, and marketing capabilities to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce instance, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. You will oversee the configuration and integration of our marketing automation platform, Pardot.
The Salesforce Administrator will be our go-to person for all things Salesforce, using your expertise to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and make data-driven decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and questions
- Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access and data security
- Develop and maintain custom fields, objects, formulas, workflows, and other Salesforce-related configurations
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and help inform business decisions
- Coordinate with other teams (e.g., IT, Marketing) as needed to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce and other systems
- Manage the setup, configuration and integration of our Pardot marketing automation platform
- Provide training and support to new users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices and proactively identify opportunities to improve our use of the platform
Qualifications:
- You possess a bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a sales and marketing environment, and experience with Pardot or other marketing automation platforms.
- You have a Salesforce Administrator certification and a Pardot Specialist certification or the ability to obtain them in the near future.
- You possess strong technical skills and have the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- You have experience with Salesforce customization (e.g., custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows) and reporting/dashboards.
- You have experience with customization and integration of Pardot, or other marketing automation platform, with Salesforce.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Your problem-solving skills are unmatched, and have a solid attention to detail.
