Job Overview
A local Dubuque company is seeking a Scale Operator. This is a temporary opportunity starting ASAP through October.
Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm Saturdays - ½ day during week.
Responsibilities:
- Weighing trucks and operating the scale
- Preparing tickets for truck drivers
- Ensure all customer account numbers are entered properly
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Run reports and file paperwork
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
