Screen Print Reclaim Specialist

·         Remove old screen tags and tape from the frame and screen mesh

·         Dip Screens in chemical bath to remove emulsion

·         Scrub and wash out screen using brush and power washer

·         Place screens in proper staging racks

·         Prepare screens for development/print

·         Utilize I-Image to prepare image for next job

·         Pair screens by coating with emulsion

·         Restock all chemicals supplies used in the reclaim area prior to the end of each shift

·         Communicate technical issues or problems to Team Leader

·         Maintain cleanliness of reclaim are (Screen Room)

·         Assist with training and coaching of other as required

·         Assist in other jobs as directed
