Screen Printer

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working in a hands-on, creative environment? Our client, a local printing shop in Dubuque, IA, is seeking a Screen Printing Employee to join their team! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.

· Operate screen printing equipment to print designs on apparel

· Set up and clean screens for production runs

· Ensure print quality and consistency

· Assist with ink mixing, press adjustments, and troubleshooting

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace

· Experience in screen printing is preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

· Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

· Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen

· Reliable transportation to and from work
