McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational solutions, is looking for a Senior Insights Analyst. The Sr. Insights Analyst is responsible for conducting analyses and studies using both qualitative and quantitative analytical methods. The main responsibilities of this role include analyzing large data sets to determine the root cause of customer contacts and pain points, while providing additional insights related to performance trends and operational processes. Communicating to stakeholders of all levels is required.

The pay range for this position is betweenΓÇ»$55,000 - $86,500ΓÇ»annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.ΓÇ» Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
