Truck Country, a Freightliner dealership, with 25 locations throughout the Midwest, is looking for service advisors in Dubuque.  Responsibilities include scheduling repairs, monitoring repair orders, and providing excellent customer service. Must have mechanical aptitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be able to relate to customers in a positive and professional manner. This candidate must be Team focused and strive to be the best at what they do. With our company being one of the largest Freightliner dealerships in the US, we are looking for the right person to help our customers in every service aspect we can. We do require an Experienced person with a truck or automotive service department background. We will build your knowledge in Freightliner and Western Star trucks.
