Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls related to insurance and claims inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails as necessary.
• Maintain detailed records in computer systems.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume call center environment.
