Job Overview

SISCO is seeking a customer-focused Service Specialist to handle inquiries related to claim status and employee benefits. This role involves researching information across various systems and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Location: Dubuque, Iowa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding claims and benefits with a focus on one-email resolution
  • Accurately communicate benefit and claim details to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Use internal systems to research information and document interactions
  • Prioritize workload and follow-ups to support timely claim processing
  • Maintain schedule adherence and availability for incoming calls

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Previous customer-facing experience preferred
