Key Responsibilities

Providing Menu Recommendations

Assisting guests with menu selections, answering questions, and offering suggestions based on their preferences.

Serving Food and Beverages

Delivering orders to tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Ensuring Guest Satisfaction

Monitoring tables, addressing any issues or concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

Bussing Tables

Clearing tables after guests have finished eating and preparing them for the next customers.

Restocking Supplies

Ensuring that the server station is well-stocked with necessary items, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.

Processing Payments

Accurately and efficiently handling cash and credit card transactions.

Maintaining Cleanliness

Keeping the dining area and tables clean and organized.

Teamwork

Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Following Procedures

Adhering to restaurant policies and procedures regarding food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service.
