Job Overview

Express has an immediate need for a 1st and 2nd shift Shipping & Receiving Associate for a manufacturing company in Peosta, IA. This candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

The candidate will be responsible for:    

• Operation of a fork truck in a safe manner.                                                                                                             
• Utilize scale for part quantity and weight.                                                                                                             
• Ensure parts are identified correctly during receiving, storage, and shipping.                                                                                                        
• Staging of product to ship using generated shipping sheet and pick sheet.                                                                                                             
• Ensure proper handling, storage, preservation, and delivery of finished goods.                                                                                                    
• Ensure lot numbers are present where traceability is specified by the customer.                                                                                                                                                    

Qualifications:

• Must have basic math skills
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Forklift experience 
• HS Diploma or GED

Hours: Monday-Friday 7a-3:30pm or Monday-Thursday 10a-8:30p
