We collaborate directly with each customer to gain an understanding of their needs and provide the highest quality product on the market. We are recruiting a talented CDL Driver/Maintenance Worker to our team.
The CDL Driver/Maintenance Worker will:
- Efficiently plan and execute multi-stop, multi-day pick-up and delivery routes while ensuring each vehicle is properly loaded with all necessary documentation and signature for accurate, safe, and timely transport.
- Ensure proper recording of truck mileage per CDL legal requirements are followed.
- Ensure proper maintenance is requested for company vehicles and that all issues are reported to the associated supervisor.
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, while conducting preventative maintenance to ensure all systems and equipment operate efficiently and reliably.
- Inspect equipment and systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems to determine necessary repairs, perform general maintenance tasks, and coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
- Assist with facility cleaning and upkeep while maintaining inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies to ensure consistent operations.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
A successful candidate will:
- Possess a valid driver’s license with CDL endorsement and clean driving record.
- Have the ability to accurately read and use blueprints and building plans.
- Have at least 2 – 3 years CDL experience using various truck types including straight truck, truck and trailer combo and maintaining accurate trucking records in compliance with industry regulations.
- Effectively utilize navigation tools effectively and possess logistic experience to support efficient transport operations.
- Be a motivated individual that can work independently while following any instructions given.
- Possess the ability to remain professional and courteous at all times.
- Must have the ability to read blueprints, building plans, and repair manuals.
- Must have excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills along with problem-solving skills.
- Be skilled in the use of hand and power tools with a solid understanding of general carpentry and repair techniques as well as being mechanically inclined.

Applicant Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age with High School diploma or GED.
- Must have the ability to 40 hours per week, plus overtime if required.
- Possess the ability to be physically active throughout the workday.
- Must have the ability to lift up to seventy-five (75) pounds at a time.
- Sitting for prolonged periods while driving for company purposes.
