Location: Dubuque, Iowa

Job Type: Full-Time

Status: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Full-Time Production Shop Technician for a countertop and cabinet manufacturer in Dubuque, Iowa.

Skills/Experience:

• Proficient in hand and power tools, CNC routers, and industrial equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear record.
• Woodworking and laminate experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• Responsible self-starter eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Work with countertop materials (laminate, solid surface, granite).
• Operate tools and equipment in the production shop.
• Safely load and drive the company truck for deliveries and pickups.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and VP.

Qualifications:

• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
• Hourly Pay: $20-$22 BOE.
