Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Dubuque Area
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | Sundays & Mondays Off

Overview:
Express Employment has partnered with a local company to seek candidates for a Site Manager position. This is a hands-on, active leadership role where you’ll oversee the daily operations of a busy service site. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys being on their feet, jumping in with staff, and driving team performance — especially in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support all site staff, including service advisors, assistant managers, detailers, and wash line workers
• Hire, train, and lead a strong, service-oriented team
• Drive sales performance by coaching service advisors to promote unlimited membership plans
• Step into daily operations as needed to maintain flow and efficiency
• Identify equipment issues and coordinate repairs (mechanical skills a plus but not required)
• Maintain staffing schedules and coverage
• Promote a clean, safe, and customer-friendly environment
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and a service-first attitude

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Background in sales or service roles (car dealership experience a plus)
• Mechanically inclined is a bonus
• Great communicator with strong people skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and aligned with a family-oriented culture

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: Approximately $60,000
• Bonus potential: $8,000–$20,000+ annually
• Health insurance: 100% company-paid after 1 month

Schedule:

• Tuesday–Saturday work week
• Typical weekday hours: Two days 7am–5pm, two days 7am–6:30pm
• Saturdays typically 7am–2pm
