Summary

Join our zipline tour guide team and a fun, fast-paced environment at historic Union Park Camp on the west end of Dubuque! Help us to provide a safe, informative and unforgettable zipline tour experience for all guests!

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and exceptional experience for all zipline guests.

Setting stop ropes
Tying required knots
Assisting guests in proper harness and helmet fitting
Demonstrating proper zipping techniques
Operating the zipline activity
Breaking guest’s speed upon incoming approach
Performing retrievals and rescues
Inspecting equipment
Educating guests about Union Park history
