Software Developer

As a Software Developer, you will join a tight knit and collaborative team growing into cutting edge cloud technologies and modern programming languages. YouΓÇÖll work with the product owner, stake holders, and development team to design solutions to meet our businessΓÇÖ needs. YouΓÇÖll also help drive the design and development of the new systems on modern computing platforms while coaching less experienced peers. Working within an efficiently implemented Scrum framework you will be empowered to own the complete development process and to fulfill your passion for learning new technologies. This position offers the flexibility to work at our headquarters in Monroe, WI, or to work remotely 3 - 4 days per week.

Qualifications

ΓÇó BS in Computer Science or related field.
ΓÇó 5+ years of experience in modern programming languages preferred. (C# and Python are commonly used.)
ΓÇó Experience with RESTful API design.
ΓÇó Experience in .Net, SQL, DevOps, and cloud computing is helpful.
ΓÇó Proven ability to master new technologies.
ΓÇó Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
ΓÇó Strong analytical capabilities with a creative and innovative approach to solutions.
ΓÇó Ability to ensure that solutions are secure, efficient, scalable, and supportable.
ΓÇó Ability to communicate in business terms and build a strong relationship with stakeholders.
