<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As a <strong>Software Engineer</strong>, you will work closely with internal business teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless business operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Managing and responding to IT support tickets and technical requests</li>
<li>Working with insurance software to support business needs</li>
<li>Developing reports and transferring datasets to vendors</li>
<li>Automating workflows and enhancing existing applications</li>
<li>Supporting data feeds and integrations across various platforms</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Preferred Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1–5 years of experience in software development or related fields</li>
<li>Proficiency or experience with <strong>ETL, SQL, C#, VBA, and PowerBI</strong></li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)</li>
