SUMMARY

A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. is looking for an experienced ERP Administrator to join our manufacturing team. As the ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and system administration for our Epicor ERP system. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues with the system.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system to align with the organization's business processes and requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to control access to sensitive data and functionality.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the system's stability and security.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting problems related to the ERP system.
• Train new users on system functionalities and best practices to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 2+ years' experience in associated field
• Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Epicor.
• Have worked with cross-functional teams to integrate the ERP system with other software applications and databases.
• Developed and implemented customizations and extensions to the system to meet specific business needs.
• Led or participated in ERP-related projects, such as system upgrades, implementations, and process improvement.
• Strong DMT, BPM, BAQ, and Dashboard knowledge.
• Working Knowledge of Application Studio and REST services.
• Proficiency in database management, SQL, and SSRS reporting.
• Technical knowledge of C# programing language.
