Location: Hills & Dales, Dubuque, IA
Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:

Hills & Dales is seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide assessment and therapy for children and adults with speech, language, cognitive, social communication, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide individualized therapy
• Develop and implement care plans
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing
• Stay current with best practices and standards

Qualifications:

• Master's in Speech Language Pathology
• SLP license required
• 3+ years of experience (pediatrics, autism, developmental disabilities preferred)
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical support tasks
