Dubuque, IA – On Site (Manufacturing)
Direct Hire – Salary + Full benefit package + bonus

The Supply Chain Analyst will lead a team of buyers in the procurement of raw materials using advanced analytics and forecasting techniques and maintain accurate metrics of supplier performances. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning, the best fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll.

What you get to do, in a snap-shot:

• Lead a team of buyers procuring raw material for production – construction / building supplies industry
• Business Process: Works cross-functionally to champion best practices in development and implementation of solutions
• Ensure that the day-to-day indirect supply chain management activities such as placing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and suppliers – (negotiate price, delivery, and payment terms) are executed at the highest quality, and on-time delivery
• Perform data analysis on purchases and sales to monitor inventory levels and manage the inventory turns of raw materials.

What we’d like you to bring to the opportunity:

• Education: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or University in a related field.
• Experience: 5 + years’ experience in an inventory management or supply chain-based role. Forecasting and analytics experience is a must.
• In depth understanding of ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
