Location: SW Wisconsin

Wage: $85k - $95k / year + 10% bonus

A local southwest Wisconsin manufacturer is seeking a Senior Process Engineer who will lead the engineering team to provide high quality products and be committed to making the customer a top priority. The right fit candidate will possess five to seven years of professional engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, be process driven, and the passion to take on a leadership / mentor role within the engineering team. This is a direct hire opportunity. Meaning the right fit candidate will go directly onto the hiring company’s payroll.

What You Get To Do:

• Leading and developing process improvements in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery

• Designs parts and systems for high-speed manufacturing equipment such as instruments, controls, robotics, engines, machines, and mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, or heat transfer systems.
• Directs and coordinates fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems for high-speed manufacturing equipment conforms to engineering design and customer specifications

• Analyzing and improving workflow, plant layout and workspaces
• Applies process analytics such as bottleneck analysis to focus team activity on what’s most impactful
• Develop, track and report of KPIs

What We Need From You:

• BS degree required. Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 5 + years in manufacturing and or production environment
• Software Skills: MS Office, SAP, CMMS, SolidWorks
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
