Overview
- Accessibility Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for McGraw Hill’s accessibility support initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Integrated Campaigns: Design and implement creative, multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads, build awareness, and promote customer retention for accessibility initiatives and other key projects
- Voice of the Customer: Act as the advocate for accessibility by gathering customer insights, analyzing data, and influencing the developmental roadmap to enhance product features and usability
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Manager, Accessibility and partner with Product Marketing, Central Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive results
- Sales Enablement: Develop training resources and provide sales support to internal and external customers, ensuring they are equipped to communicate the value of McGraw Hill’s approach to accessibility and support
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies, track campaign performance, and optimize efforts to achieve measurable outcomes
- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in accessibility and key initiatives
- Digital Faculty Consultants: Identify and establish partnerships with Digital Faculty Consultants to support accessibility and other initiatives, driving customer acquisition and providing support
- 4+ years of experience in B2B Product or Platform Marketing, with a focus on GTM strategy development, sales enablement, and campaign execution
- Proven experience launching new products or initiatives in the market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo), and project management systems (e.g., Asana)
- A creative and curious mindset, with the ability to prioritize and execute marketing objectives to grow market share, promote customer retention, and drive revenue
- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings
